Santo Agave is an upscale Mexican restaurant. The idea behind this restaurant is to rescue the traditional dishes and culinary techniques of the Mexican heritage. The Santo Agave kitchen staff meticulously recreates authentic Mexican meals that have been modernized or gone through so many iterations that the original recipe is on the verge of being forgotten. In this way, Santo Agave guests will have Mexican cuisine as it was meant to be enjoyed using ingredients indigenous to the region and cooked the way they were meant to be. Santa Agave also serves traditional cocktails, liquor and beer.

No tuvimos problemas con la reservación comida bien ambiente familiar música mexicana. Lo recomiendo

La reservación que hicimos no fue respetada pero afortunadamente había mesas disponibles pero nos querían mandar a un comedor de otro restaurante que está adjunto a este, las bebidas y alimentos fueron buenos, pero un comensal más y yo pedimos en 2 tiempos pero entre los dos hubieron mínimo 20 minutos y nos entregaron nuestro segundo tiempo después de que todos los otros comensales acabaron. El capitán nunca fue a ver la mesa hasta que le preguntamos por los 2 platillos faltantes. En general una experiencia intermedia, ya que habíamos ido previamente y nuestra experiencia siempre había sido grata.

Al llegar al lugar ellos no tenía registrada la reservacion echa previamente en Opentable. Y por tal motivo tuve que esperar más de 1 Hora la mesa. Y además me dieron la opción de retirarme a algún otro lugar. Después del incidente el mesero y la Encargada del lugar. Se portaron muy amables y trataron de compensar la mala experiencia vivida con la reservacion a través de OpenTable

Me cancelaron la reservación a a la mera hora el 10 de mayo que porten o servia la aplicación, me parece una falta de respeto porque hubieran publicado que no servia su aplicación

Open table reservation was shown as available for New Years Eve. My party and I showed up at the restaurant and it was closed. Poor communication of holiday hours to open table.

Me prepararon un cordero al mezcal, francamente no me gusto, se entiende que la piedra debe estar caliente para cuando lo flamean el mezcal prenda y le de el toque, pero con la piedra fría, la carne tibia y el nulo sabor a mezcal, no cumplió mi expectativa. Adicional las tortillas para 4 personas que fuimos era molesto ya que cada canasto traía siempre 3 tortillas pequeñas y había que estar pidiendo a cada rato las mismas.
