We had the most amazing meal at Sbicca last Wednesday night. We sat on the front patio and the weather was perfect. Our server, Derek, was fantastic. Ask for him. All of the the food was excellent. We had brussel sprouts and oysters for appetizers. We order filet mignon and the tuna and my wife had the double cut pork chop. Highly recommended. We finished with an Apple Crisp and Creme Brulee. A memorable evening and we will be back. Again, Derek, nice work!,

This was our first time dining at Sbicca, and it was a great experience! We requested an upstairs table-with-a-view and were seated at the best table in the house! I didn't get the name of the hostess who showed us to our table, but she was warm, friendly, and helpful with dish recommendations. Olivia took care of us all evening long (with appearances from our hostess and two other gentlemen) and was also helpful with drink and food recommendations that informed our selections. It bears mentioning that accessing the second-story dining deck requires servers and all other staff to climb a flight of stairs to keep guests fed and watered. Every check-in with us required literal effort and was much-appreciated. Our food was very good and the prices were reasonable, particularly when considering the location of this restaurant and the current state of the economy. Many thanks to all the persons who made our leisurely dinner comfortable and enjoyable!

Always a lovely time on the Patio. Great service and excellent sunset. Portions have become a bit smaller than historically but still very tasty. My Ahi Tuna was great but couldn't have been more than 6oz.

We celebrated with our family on a beautiful evening at this wonderful restaurant in Del Mar. We watched the sun go down over the ocean and enjoyed delicious non-alcoholic drinks and appetizers. The main courses were excellent and our server, Dede and the rest of the wait staff were very attentive and efficient without interrupting our dinner experience. Thank you for a memorable dinner and we will be back soon, bringing more of our friends and family.
