I had the salmon and my wife the onion soup. Both were good but the salmon was good, just not the best I’ve ever had. It was a little salty. Everything else was very good. Service was excellent.

Sunday brunch was good, though wasn't what I was expecting, and I wouldn't seek it out again. It was essentially an elevated hotel buffet spread. The food was fresh and there was a good amount of variety. Service was mixed - hostess had no record of the Open Table reservation, omelet chef was inattentive and unfocused, waitress was very friendly. Did not offer cocktails or other drinks.

Lovely restaurant, would’ve like one or two more entree options but everything we ordered was great! The best part of the evening was the stellar waitstaff! So helpful, so charming and wonderful! Made a simple experience so much better! Thanks!!

Maybe consider having more staff during event weekends? The food was great but the staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed!

We had not been to SEAR for many years, and I guess I was expecting the same upper scale dining experience that it once had. I had made a reservation on Open Table requesting a standard top table, but upon arriving, they had placed my party of 7 at a high top table. They told us in order to get a standard top table we could wait for 2 hours when one would open up. We were not going to do that because people in my party had time commitments. Our server wasn't very friendly or welcoming. It seemed we were more of a bother to her than anything. One person in my group asked for ginger ale. About 15 minutes later, she was told that they were out of ginger ale. My husband's chicken was extremely dry, and he has had better chicken at a fast food place. My shrimp scampi was pretty good though. I don't know about how other people in my party felt about their food. Our server did not ask how we wanted the bill split and put everything on one bill, then disappeared so we could not find her to ask her to split it. One person in my party paid for all of it. I understand that this was during Dragon Con, even so, this was low scale dining at it's poorest. We won't be returning.

Going early made a difference. The staff was friendly. Food was good. Tables were spaced out nicely. It was louder than I remember, but an enjoyable evening.

Disappointed that they were already using the abbreviated convention menu on Wednesday night before Dragon Con, I visited ready to spend $65 on a nice filet mignon and that wasn’t on offer

The breakfast Buffett while plentiful all the meats were cold 3 days in a row. The shining star of the breakfast were the omelettes. If not for those I would have eaten elsewhere. Dinner was rather pricey for what we ordered and my ribeye steak came out looking like it was cut up by a chainsaw. The food was good but the shining part of the whole diner was the waiter Sly. He was so nice.
