I have dined in the finest restaurants all over the United States as well as many overseas countries. The food was truly exceptional in every way. The service was less than desirable as we had to flag down servers for attention plus dirty dishes were always left and not cleared. The substandard service is likely due to the 18% gratuity automatically added to checks. The servera just don't care as they know they're going to get their money so they really don't care how good they do their job. Quite frankly for exceptional service I normally tip 30% but would never do so at this established. Finally the wine is grossly overpriced and again I have experience in some of the nicest restaurants in this country. The servers even had to argue about bringing another side of risotto which is ridiculous in a fine dining establishment where I spent $1,600 for three people
Terrible service , rude waiters , had to pour my own water because my waiter never came around and when I complained they said you only did it
Once who cares, plus the quality of food was so bad
(Only ) The reception is very messy, but in general everything is fine, excellent place, they just have to improve the attention of appointment.
Great music and ambiance. Service very poor, kitchen and bar backed up. 1hr wait for first course and only 3 rounds of drinks in 2hrs
The atmosphere and the place can not be beaten, service was very kind although not outstanding (every waiter covers too many tables). They didn’t had any Albariño wine available, not terrible but at this prices you expect excellence. Food was good, again some starters and main were not available but the alternatives were good. Their flagship dish is the sea salt crusted fish, and it was outstanding but the risotto on side was undercooked. We will come back, Miami does not have much better alternatives, and at least here you are not rushed to leave, the service is nice and the overall experience pleasant.
Excellent food and ambiance. Very good service
Such a beautiful place with an amazing view and delicious food!
Excelente atención y una vista única, la comida deliciosa
All good fine
the food and atmosphere was amazing. Definitely will be back here
I understand the reservation was on Sunday but I can’t even order desert or coffee to finish my food courses because of 2hrs Window for reservations. We decided to give the opportunity to Seaspice instead of Kiki. I knew better to stick we our local favorite spot. If the client is consuming the overprice food and drinks to enjoy the ambiance there is not need to rush the patron.
I ordered the sea bass and it was so dry. The potatoes were dry since that plate probably was sitting in the warm table for a while.
Gran lugar, pero Muy caro!!
Great place, it’s worth the money. Wine list isn’t the best.
Good food, good music. Everything was about the view!
El lugar, la atención y la comida muy rico todo.
Usually one of my favorites, but the device was incredibly off that day . Not the best service from hostess and servers
The place is beautiful, and the food was good as well. The only reason I'm knocking the review is their COVID safety protocols are pretty bad. We sat inside, as it was empty, and the only outdoor seat didn't have an umbrella, and every table that sat there ended up moving.
The bartender was setting up inside and had her masked pulled down to her chin, with no gloves on. As she was stocking the fruit on the bar, she was using her barehands and also eating something with the same hand... There was also a manager looking person (shorts and light blue polo shirt) who was walking around on the phone or drinking without a mask on the whole time. There was a customer that came and sat at the bar, and then kept going into the kitchen (without a mask on) and high fiving people or shaking hands with them. The same week that Dade county saw a massive spike in COVID cases, and was pleading with people to be more careful.
Our server wore a mask the whole time, and was fantastic.
WE DID NOT GET ANY FOOD BECAUSE KITCHEN WAS CLOSING AT 4:00 PM AND THE WAITER AND HOST DID NOT TELL US
The waiter SUCKED. It was a tall white, big man with black hair.
Amazing places...Love it...great food...nice views really good experience
Made reservation advising of wedding anniversary celebration and it was ignored. The hostess was very rude, service was average. Quality of food not up to prices. Cocktails low quality, asked for gin And tonic with cucumber, they put a round dry slice of cucumber, ridiculous. It is a tourist trap.
The owner has decided not to do Happy Hour currently but this isn’t listed on their website... it’s quite an expensive place so we purposefully made a reservation for happy hour and then we’re a bit disappointed.
It was a good time . We would go again!! Watching the boats come in was the coolest part
Sea spice called.... your table is ready! The Seafood Tower was perfect. The Ribeye and Sole - absolutely delicious. And the Vibe, with the yachts coming and going - was a great view and constant activity. See you soon!
Perfect place for drink some cocktails and appetizers! Font desk a little lost and messy, but the service was great and fast. If you’d like a incredible meal this is not the place.
Food was overall very good. Emphasis: food was GOOD. But so much else was BAD.
First, we were told we had a table with a "fabulous" view. Yes, we had the view of all yachts disembarking guests and with exhaust outlets spewing gaseous fumes.
Second, we reserved table for three but it was barely acceptable for two.
Third, the guests don't wear masks. We were seated exactly at water's edge and everyone was taking pics/selfies. All were maskless crowding around our table without any concern about us being right there.
Fourth, our waiter was (fake nice) at first congenial but later rude. We asked for certain drinks that were not on the menu, the waiter could not specify origin or exact vineyard; and the resulting price on the bill for those drinks was surprisingly expensive (not listed anywhere; i.e., not documented or confirmable anywhere). When the waiter was asked about the price, the response was akin to "this is an expensive place and things cost a lot."
In the end the manager made some accommodations to the bill, which was OK. But the overall experience was not as expected for an establishment of this reputation.
Sorry. But I do to go to places that cost a lot and I know that Miami is a fun place for fun people, and I expect the staff to be knowledgeable and professional.
Very slow, unprofessional service. You given 2 hours window but your food order only taken in 45 min after you been seated. So, basically you have no time to eat since they take their time to prepare your food. Poor management.
Great Service , beautiful location next to the river with all the Yachts passing by and the food was a little pricey but really good.
We specifically asked for a table outside and they sat us inside by saying that there was no reference in our reservation that we asked outside. The food was regular and they were always rushing us to order more. At the end, when we paid, even though the gratuity was included (18%) the waitress asked us for an extra 18% for “her service”.
Food and service were mediocre
Place is nice, food is good but really small amounts and overpriced.
No pandemics restrictions, it made me feel uncomfortable!
Awesome location and food
We had lunch with a few friends outside by the water. Service was great and beautiful ambiance. Overall we were happy with the selected dishes and tasty drinks.
Everything was amazing. I had the fried yellowtail snapper. It was the best fish I ever ate. My friend had the lobster risotto and he loved it. The service was impeccable. We had an Italian lady who served us.
Went for Christmas brunch and it was amazing... the view, the food and the service.
Love the water view and food.
Overall- outstanding! Best place in Miami
Fantástico !
I loved the pasta!! But the octopus was average! really nice view, and the service was really nice!
Unethical business practice! They charged us 18% (without asking...on a $900 tab) and then very slyly asked us if we wanted to include 15 to 25% more...as if that's normal! My associate almost fell for their sneaky trap...we would have paid a 38% tip...more than $300...if I hadn't alerted him. The waiter did mention the forced service fee to me, but not very loudly, and I thought the options on the credit card terminal implied that the service had not been included, because they suggested 15 - 25 percent additional...as if it's normal to tip between 33% and 43%!!! Very sneaky. The prices are already quite high, so I thought this was borderline criminal.
