This 4-course tasting menu at @labeille.nyc paired French-influenced cuisine with 5 incredible Japanese sakes. It was my first time having sake with anything other than sushi and the flavor pairings worked perfectly. It was incredible to learn more about sake production and how the different styles paired with different flavor notes in food. Comment below for the link to reserve your seat for this exclusive 2-night tasting menu.
