Have you ever wanted a tropical Christmas in Boston? Sipping Santa at Shore Leave is mixing up the traditional Christmas spirit with a tropical vibe, adding to the fun this season! They’ve done an amazing job with the decorations and the lights, making it feel like a candy cane wonderland!! They’ve got Christmas themes cocktails in tiki glasses which I’m always excited about!! You’ve gotta try the Coco Ho Ho Ho!! The pandan syrup and banana liqueur combo is incredible and with the pineapple juice and coconut theme going on, it reminds me of summer vacation which I loved!! For food we started off with the crab rangoons and the tuna tartare! Absolutely loved both of them, crab rangoons never miss and the tuna tartare was super fresh!! Next up we got the shore leave burgers and the tater tots as a side! We loved the burger, and the tater tots were literally perfect! Couldn’t think of a better combo!! For dessert, we had the salted caramel bread pudding! I’m generally a bit skeptical of salted theme in desserts and I had rarely tried salty caramel before, but it went pretty well with this dessert and we ended up loving it!! Bonus points, we didn’t really get to do this, but the tiki Christmas glasses that they use for cocktails are for sale! I had done my shopping for this year but for the next, I’m definitely buying one bc they were so cool!!

christmas tiki bar in boston with sushi 🍣🎄 @shoreleavebos is one of my new favorite bars in boston! located in the basement of a building, the outside is super unassuming, but inside the vibes are so lively! for christmas, they have decorated the restaurant with a ‘sippin santa’ vibe and they have a cute sippin santa mug!! my favorite bites were the tuna tartare, the wagyu & crab claypot, and the sippin santa cocktail 🎅
