Fundado en 2022 por Gabriel Bujosa, Siete Santos nace de un viaje de aprendizaje e inspiración. Luego de estudiar el arte de la pizza napolitana en Berlín, Gabriel desarrolló un menú original inspirado en tres ciudades que marcaron su vida: Berlín, Nápoles y San Juan. Así nació la idea de “siete santos”, representada por siete pizzas que fusionan tradición, creatividad y sabor urbano.

El proyecto comenzó como un foodtruck en Guaynabo, llevando este concepto “gufiao” a las calles. Hoy, Siete Santos abre su primer local en Miramar, donde Ricardo Latimer —su mejor amigo— se une al proyecto para presentar la versión más completa del concepto: un espacio que celebra la cultura, la ciudad y, sobre todo, la buena pizza.

    Fuimos a cenar para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo y la pizza estuvo riquísima. También pedimos el postre de manzana y también estuvo super bueno. La pasamos super. Super recomendado! Estaremos regresando.

    One of the best pizzas in Puerto Rico right now! The burrata pizza was delicious, with every ingredient beautifully balanced and coming together perfectly. The service was attentive and welcoming, always with a smile and thoughtful attention to every detail. And the Caesar salad is a must-have. We had a wonderful experience at Siete Santos Miramar!

    Our Airbnb host recommended this spot for a casual night out, and it delivered. We ordered the Vodka Especial pizza (vodka sauce, fresh stracciatella, sourdough crumble, fresh basil, and EVOO) along with a couple rounds of wine. The pizza was excellent, with just the right kick of spice in the sauce and a nice fresh richness from the stracciatella on top. The wine selection was also great. The space is loud and packed, so don’t expect a quiet dinner, but our food still came out at a decent pace despite the crowd.

    Great food, but the noise is unbearable. They need to do something with the noise., install acoustic panels or something. We were yelling to hear each other and we were only two.
