We booked a 1pm lunch for my wife’s birthday, not expecting more than a pleasant afternoon — but this place turned out to be something truly special. From the moment we walked in, there was an ease to everything: the atmosphere calm yet vibrant, the kind of warmth that can’t be manufactured. The music playlist was a blend of smooth Mediterranean tones — modern, light, and perfectly balanced — creating an energy that felt effortlessly elegant. Our server, Zena, greeted us with genuine warmth and a quiet confidence that immediately made us feel at home. She struck that rare balance between attentiveness and space — always there when needed, but never intrusive. It’s the kind of service that turns a meal into an experience. We ordered the $25 pasta and drink lunch deal, which is exceptional value for what’s delivered. I had the garlic and prawn linguine — the prawns were tender and perfectly seasoned, the pasta cooked just right, each bite layered with flavour that showed skill and care. My wife had the chicken rigatoni — creamy, rich and deeply comforting, the kind of dish that speaks of home and heart. For dessert, she chose the tiramisu — a feather-light creation with perfect balance between coffee and cream. I had the affogato with a twist — smooth, aromatic and bold, a simple dessert elevated by precision and timing. Every dish had intention; nothing felt rushed or routine. Throughout the meal, Zena’s presence tied it all together. Her timing, her tone, her care — everything she did felt natural, never rehearsed. She made my wife’s birthday feel quietly celebrated, not staged or performative. It’s rare to encounter hospitality that feels this genuine. By the time we finished, we lingered — not because we had to, but because we wanted to hold onto the feeling. This wasn’t just lunch; it was a story unfolding one course at a time. First time visiting after looking at their website, Facebook and Instagram posts for many months. Booked for 6.45pm, there was no one in the restaurant. When we looked at the menu, the items were completely different to what was advertised online. Straight away we felt that this was false advertising and the fact that the restaurant was empty also made us feel that it wasn’t going to be a great experience. We ordered a drink and then decided we would go elsewhere. Very disappointing.

We had a lovely evening at Sirculo for my husbands birthday on the 17th of August, despite it being our first time there the staff treated us like we dine there all the time and really made everyone in our group feel welcome and enhanced our experience, the food was outstanding and we enjoyed all the different cocktails on the menu, Sirculo is quiet the hidden gem and I wish we had discovered it sooner. We will definitely be back soon.

A lovely place for breakfast. Was made to be very comfortable and warm as it was a particularly cold and wet day. Coffee was hot and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The food is so appetizing and creatively crafted. It was my Son's birthday on 27th July and we all went to celebrate it. We just loved the food and the suggestions they gave us to try. Will definitely visit again.

I was expecting a better experience based on the instagram account "Modern Mediterranean". We went for lunch and it was burgers, sandwiches and Italian pastas? The decor is definately not "fine dining" which I was expecting based on the insta posts. We ordered a $20 cocktail which was "undrinkable". Overall a 4 out of 10 experience. I wouldn't recommend.

We've been to Sirculo, Dural a few times in the past. Food and price was OK, noise level low and service very attentive. The menu has changed a little and my friends and I were having difficulty choosing. Ideally, I'd like a few more daily specials and less menu options, but that's just me. Great for a quick catch up with friends. Easy parking and accessibility.
