大変満足致しました。娘の入学式の前泊で夕飯をそちらにしました。夜景も最高で価格もお安くビックリ清算後間違っていないか確認した程でした。神戸にはこれからちょくちょく行く事になるので又寄せて頂きます。ありがとうございました。

料理も景色もとても素晴らしかったです。ただ、幼児連れだったため、子ども向けに味付けされた食事コーナーがあるとより良いと思いました。

想像以上にお料理が美味しかったです！盛り付けも最後まで綺麗で、あとで取りに行くときも気持ちよくいただけました！全ては食べきれませんでしたが、いただいたお料理全部おいしく、普通にコース料理で出てきてもおかしくないです！たくさんブッフェは行っていますが、税.サービス料込みでこのお値段は他にありません！寒ブリと大根のサラダが最高に美味しかった！デザートの小さいクッキーも大好きな味！チョコケーキも濃厚で、ケーキ屋さんに売ってたら買いに行きたいレベルです笑絶対リピート決定です♡ あと、、お手洗いも綺麗でした！

予約時、若い男性店員のバカにした口調が腹立った、当日ランチバイキングのお皿をさげにきた、中年女性店員は無愛想で、まださげるの早くないかと思う、この二名は、接客に不向きだと思う

年に数回神戸へ帰省した際、お愉しみでポートピアホテルのレストランを利用しています。こちらは人気があるため、飛び込みで行くと入れないことが多いので、今回は1週間ほど前に予約し、利用することが出来ました。ランチビュッフェでしたが、予約の際にアレルギーの有無の記入があり（おそらくひな形だと思いますが）、子供にアレルギーがあったため、記入したところ前日に確認のお電話を頂きました。ビュッフェなので完全に除去できないことや、料理数が限られること、トングの置き間違い等について確認し、こちらも承知のうえでしたので問題ないことを伝えました。当日は席に専用のトングを用意頂き、またビュッフェとは別にフルーツの盛り合わせも用意して頂き、大変助かりました。料理数は限られましたが、まだ幼児なので、問題はありませんでした。数年前に利用した時と、少しレイアウトが異なっており、ライブ感のある料理の提供、素敵な盛り付けで、ホテルの味を堪能することが出来ました。唯一残念だったのはデザート。ケーキ類は普通のレストランと同程度で、期待したシブーストはとても甘く、全部食べ切ることができませんでした。デザートのレベルアップに期待します！！（手作りアイスはおいしかったです。）

清潔感もあり、雰囲気が良く、居心地がいい。スタッフの方々の対応も、非常に良く、食事が、本当に楽しめました。また、利用したいです。
