My steak ( filet) was good. My dining partner's steak was really awful. First time around it was overcooked and then the second one was just full of grizzle and hard to eat. I've been there before and not had a bad experience, but the food was not good. The wait staff were great and the atmophere is nice, however we couldn't sit outside to be near the ocean because there was a very loud party going on. Gonna have to think whether I'm going back or not

The location is right on the beach so beautiful views. The esthetics are amazing for pictures. The food was good but not amazing. They ran out of stands to hold the bottles for the brunch but they were apologetic. Overall good experience.

Disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion. The service was okay, but there was a clear lack of urgency and attention to detail. I contacted the hotel several times before our visit to ask about champagne because my wife and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The occasion was also noted on our reservation, yet I never received a response. I wasn’t expecting anything complimentary, but I did expect some acknowledgment or assistance with making the occasion special. I also noticed what felt like a difference in how some staff interacted with local guests. I was initially addressed in English, but after speaking Spanish, the tone and approach seemed noticeably different. Whether intentional or not, it left me with an uncomfortable impression. Unfortunately, the experience was not worth the time or money. The overall atmosphere was also affected by other guests who displayed very poor etiquette during our stay. For a 30th anniversary celebration, we expected a more welcoming, attentive, and memorable experience
