    Based on other reviews, I think our experience was a one off. Things that stood out that I wanted to point out: server check in was minimal. At one point my empty drink was cleared but I wasn’t asked if I’d like another or something else. The food and drinks took quite a while to come out, even for a Friday evening. At one point it was due to a system glitch and our server had to retake our order. However when we asked for the bill and a dessert to go, we received those quite quickly which was helpful.

    The atmosphere is great and the service is also. I have eaten here before and the food was excellent. This time, however, I got the half chicken and it was so salty that I couldn’t eat it. I took it home. The polenta was delicious and the other 3 diners liked their dishes. It’s very loud.

    All dishes were well-prepared and came in more than ample servings. The lamb was perfectly seasoned and melt-in-your-mouth. The accompanying polenta and vegetables were perfect. The Manhattans were among the best I've had, and I'm picky about that drink. Service was attentive, not intrusive, and thoroughly professional.
