    This was my first and last time at STK Boston. My drink order came with the wrong garnish, wedge salad came with too much dressing and and no salad plates, mushroom side was never delivered because they were out but I was never told, once I asked where it was they informed me out of order and my replacement vegetable side never came. I asked for a side of Bernaise sauce and it was spicy aïoli instead. All the food that was delivered was warm and not hot of the grill. I was there early with not a lot of customers but there was a lot of staff and it took a while to deliver drinks and food. Servers came up to us twice with the wrong food order. Once the bill came, I was charged for truffle butter and vegetables that I never had. It took a very long time to get the bill and we were late for our show. There are plenty of great steakhouses in Boston that have much better service that I wish we went to instead. I tried a new place and gave STK a chance but never again. Thank you but sorry.

    Let me start off by saying our server, Daniel was great. No complaints on that end, he was attentive and friendly. I’ve been going to STK for over 15 years and it’s always been a good overall experience, no matter the city. The only thing I enjoyed was my drink. I ordered a crab cake, and I know not to expect it to be Maryland style but not only was it missing actual crab meat or was just dry bread crumbs and filling, the Mac & cheese was bland and the potatoes au gratin were no better. I was so disappointed because in other occasions. I’ve left places and gone to STK bc i knew they were solid!

    We spent nearly $600 for dinner for 2 last night and were thoroughly disappointed with both the food and the service. For a high-end steakhouse price tag, the quality simply wasn't there—the ribeye was shockingly thin and lacked the quality you expect at this price point. The service was equally frustrating. Our waitress struggled with basic service tasks like opening a bottle of wine, and when we asked for a specific bottle from the list, she tried to upsell us on a more expensive option simply because it was easier for her to grab rather than retrieving our requested bottle from the cellar. To top off an already frustrating evening, there were issues processing our credit card at the end of the night, and staff were unhelpful in resolving it efficiently. Overall, the experience was far below standard and nowhere near worth the $600 price tag. I would not recommend.

    This is the first and Last time I will be eating here . Our server was basically clueless on things we asked him and not check on us once during our meal. Another server kept having to find him and tell him to come to our table.

    A very disappointing meal. Over priced. Super loud. They let me know they had run out of my order after the rest of my party had already received their food. They even added the non existent item to my bill. Would not recommend.

    By far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the service was extremely slow and disorganized. We waited over an hour for our food while receiving conflicting explanations and repeated promises that it would arrive “in 10 minutes.” Both ribeye options were unavailable, so we ordered the expensive tomahawk, which was excessively fatty and extremely disappointing. The mac and cheese was also poorly prepared and not what we expected from a restaurant at this price point. It had a thick, hardened layer of cheese on top, and the noodles underneath were stuck together. Honestly, the food was so disappointing that we only ate it because we were hungry. We paid about $400 for slow service, unavailable menu items, and mediocre food. We don’t mind paying for quality food and service, but this experience was nowhere close to that. Nothing about the meal justified the price, and the overall experience was incredibly disappointing. I would never return.

    Despite the restaurant having a only a few customers, our order took a long time to arrive. When it did, the chicken and waffles dishes were both burnt and the bacon, egg, and sausage dishes were cold. Overall a terrible brunch experience and I dare not wonder what their dinner service is like.

    I came in and made a dinner reservation for me and one of my best friends to celebrate my birthday since she wasn’t able to come out with us the night before Note’s. I booked us as a birthday celebration. They try to put us in a really tight corner, obviously seeing how tight we were sitting at the table nobody asked if we were comfortable. I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to say something within another 10 minutes for our seats to change that should’ve obviously been noted when we were walked over to that table, sending behind a table of 13 people Then we move our table. There’s a happy birthday card at the table which I noticed was not the first table we sat at we sat we eat our dinner. I had to ask the waiter what wasn’t available because I was there a few days prior and a lot of things were not available on the menu Even after we were done with our dinner. He never asked if we would like dessert or anything and we were there for a celebration and it just adds one to my overall experience at this location. I have been a fan of STK for about six years now I was introduced to this company out of state. I’ve been to this company and four different states and I can say by far this is the worst location of STK and it’s in my hometown every time I come to this location I have the same experiences of just not being that great but if I go to Florida California or even Colorado, I have better experiences and I get real customer service.
