I am not sure if he was the manager, but the manager and server took very care of us on our wedding dinner. My husband and I had a small civil ceremony in Chicago June 24th, and we went out with friends after to celebrate. The manager and server brought us champagne & a shot. Truly amazing. The food overall is 10/10. My husbands & I first time at any STK MUST TRY. Thank you STK!

We had a family reunion from all around the country and had a boys steak night at STK. the food was very good overall, one of our 5+ $100-$250 steaks was overcooked which happens from time to time, but our server never cared to ask if the steaks were cooked to our liking. We had to request water, drink refills multiple times throughout the night and our server was missing a majority of the time so we were flagging down busboys repeatedly. One time when water was requested it was poured over my head and spilled over the back of my chair and splashed all over my legs with no recognition that it even happened. We received our steaks and mains that we were sharing family style without clean utensils or plates for us to use so we waited a few minutes for that to be resolved as well. Restrooms were also not very clean and without either toilet paper in the stalls or paper towels to dry hands. Overall I would say loved the food but have had much better experience and service at the Cheesecake Factory or Pizza Hut and would not recommend anyone pay the very expensive sticker prices for service that was honestly atrocious.

Cooking meat on the salt block does not work. It's not hot enough to cook meat, which ruins the meat. Also, the meat gets way too salty.

Our service Yasmine was excellent and knowledgeable. I was personally underwhelmed by the food for the price. I thought the music and ambience a little trendy and a little loud for a fine dining experience, but it was Father's Day and I enjoyed my company.

Took my husband here to celebrate Father's Day, I read the reviews and thought we should give it a try and so glad we did we had an amazing time the music was good, the food was great and the drinks were wonderful. We started off rocky after the hostess seated us we sat a little over 20 minutes with no service as everyone around us was be attended to I went to inquire with the hostess as to what was happening she apologized and immediately went to find out why we weren't being helped and the manager Emily came over and apologized for the miss communication with her staff and she said that our meal was on her that STK values and appreciates their customers, we were so shocked and elated as were not expecting this at all we really appreciated it and the server she assigned us Elisha was wonderful and very attentive. I want to Thank Emily again for making my husband's day so special and Elisha for providing such wonderful service you guys rock. We will most definitely be returning to STK.

I can't even to begin to express my disappointment and actually feeling awkward and sad to invite my husband and my family to this place. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong not mention really really bad quality of food. Their ceviche is done with cooked salmon and they don't serve knives with their salad. So please just be aware and there are so many better places in chicago worth spending money at

Made reservations to have brunch only to find out that they won’t do unlimited mimosas for that day. They did it last weekends and will do it this upcoming weekend, just not Father’s Day. Had I know they were gonna do that I would of went somewhere else. I use to love this place but because of that I will never go back. Manager went and check on every other table but ours. Our server was good. But unfortunately this will be the last time going here.

Great Father’s Day brunch experience. Food was great - we had the steak/egg truffle, egg white omelet and French toast. French toast could have used more cream cheese and raspberry topping and been warmer but otherwise tasty. Server was very accommodating when he thought my mom’s steak was not cooked as ordered. Management addressed promptly. We received a complimentary dessert and nice Father’s Day gift. My parents said it was one of the best dining experiences they’d had in Chicago so far. Thanks - we’ll be back!
