We were very disappointed with our server’s service this evening. From the moment he approached our table, the interaction felt transactional rather than welcoming. His first question was whether we were rewards members. There was no greeting, no “How are you?”, or any effort to make us feel welcomed. At this level of dining and service, I expect a much more personable and hospitable experience. I mentioned that we might be rewards members and provided our phone numbers for him to look up. He walked away without asking if we wanted drinks or appetizers. When he returned, I assumed he had checked our membership, but instead, he told us he hadn’t looked it up because we needed to place an order first. I explained that I had assumed that was what he was doing when he walked away, given that he hadn’t asked us anything else. When I asked if we could start with appetizers, he told us we had to place our entire order at once. So, we proceeded to order everything. He also made no effort to go over the specials until I specifically asked, and even then, he seemed reluctant to share them. After taking our order, we barely saw him again until it was time for the check. One thing that made our server’s behavior even more noticeable was seeing the difference in his demeanor when another couple was seated in his section. His attitude and level of engagement seemed completely different with them. We actually wanted dessert, but when we asked for the check, he simply handed us the payment device and walked away. There was no attempt to ask how our meal was, whether we wanted dessert, or if we needed anything else. It felt as though he was simply trying to get us out of his section.

The food here is delicious, I really love the ceasar salad too and it’s a really big portion, perfect to share and eat as a side w the steak. The place is really dark and cold but the food makes it worth it to go.

Steven, Jeff, & David (I hope that’s his name, started with a D & was possibly a manager) WERE AMAZING!! They always asked what we needed and if we were fine. They gave us information along with great conversation. They TOOK care of us from beginning to end. If that wasn’t enough, the FOOD. It was all so good. Well seasoned and cooked to PERFECTION. Will be back again, highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful date night at STK! The atmosphere was the perfect mix of elegant and lively, making the evening feel special from the moment we walked in. It’s a beautiful place to dress up, enjoy dinner, and spend quality time together. The food was delicious, and we loved getting to try a variety of dishes. The steak was a highlight, and the sides made the meal even better. The cocktails were another favorite and added the perfect touch to our evening. What I loved most was being able to enjoy a romantic dinner while still having that fun night-out feeling. Between the food, drinks, and beautiful setting, everything came together for such a memorable evening. Definitely a place we’d love to visit again

Our waiter Morocco was amazing! Knowledgeable and friendly. Wasn’t expecting a nice steak place to have a DJ with loud dance music. Just our preference though. Very dimly lit at our table as well. Again, just our preferred choice.
