This was our second visit to Summit Grill. We enjoyed our first visit so much and decided to have late lunch there again and try something different. My husband had the summit grill burger and it was cooked perfectly and was delicious. He opted for fries as his side and they were seasoned perfectly and were true hand cut fries not frozen. I tried the birria tacos which I had no idea about birria at all. My meal consisted of two tacos along with a side. I chose the Brussels sprouts with bacon jam. The tacos and sprouts were absolutely delicious. The tacos were so large that I gave the second one to my husband who throughly enjoyed it. The tacos came with a sauce and salsa. I didn’t care for the salsa but the bowl of sauce was unbelievable. One may consider the prices a little high but it’s definitely worth it for the food quality.

We had a fantastic evening, great service by our server, food was on time and done to our expectations. I loved the tv's everywhere. The atmosphere was great with the restaurant divided in sections yet we felt a part of the whole building. Keep it up I just wish the had Pina colada
