Sunda is a confluence of vibrant South East Asian flavours and native Australian produce orchestrated by Executive Chef, Khanh Nguyen.

Influenced by the bold flavours of South East Asia, Sunda’s menu will see the more daring and unexpected elements of Indonesian, Malaysian and Vietnamese cuisine brought together, using lesser known ingredients and techniques.
Sunda offers two set menus – Sunda Classics menu at $98pp and The Full Sunda Experience at $168pp, a showcase of creativity and invention from Executive Chef Khanh Nguyen. Optional beverage matching is available.

So good. Friendly helpful wait staff. They asked if there was anything we didn't eat and happily made substitutions. Favourite dishes were the three mains: egg noodles with crispy chicken skin, pork chop with tamarind and rhubarb and the broccoli with coconut yoghurt, lime and buckwheat. Very delicious. (and they allowed us to take home the left overs!) Bring some layers to put on though as was very cold with the air con on. A fantastic way to spend three hours. The Windsor add on was a great bonus too.

Food is absolutely delicious! Would recommend the seafood platter as an addition to your menu. The spanner crab was amazing!

Loved it. Best overall service experience I think we've had anywhere (in a 20+ year "journey" through some truly great restaurants). Food was really great (I need a jar of that vegemite curry!), service was remarkable. Thanks Sunda.
