    The food was superb. The owner/chef came out to talk to us after the meal and let us know her technique. A lovely meal. The wine was something special too.

    We had a lovely evening at the Taberna. Our server went above and beyond on all areas and really made the experience. The food was all high quality and were local classics.

    We had a wonderful dinner here. I wish we had taken photos but we were too excited to eat the food. Absolutely delish and authentic home style Portuguese food. Just what we wanted as US visitors.

    Beau petit resto à Almancil, la cheffe Lucia est en maîtrise de son élément !! Les produits sont frais et locaux, ambiance familiale et décontractée … belle trouvaille, on y respire l’Algarve !!

    Enjoyed my traditional Portuguese dinner here. The service was excellent and the server quite knowledgeable. The restaurant had a cozy homey ambiance. I would definitely go back again.
