Outstanding in all categories. We had the scallops and the short ribs. I wish we had room for dessert. I could go on & on about the food, the decor, the service, etc. But suffice it to say that I can't remember when I've given a restaurant 5 stars in every category. This is really a special place where you feel welcomed & comfortable & satisfied.

Alex made our evening, relaxing, and most enjoyable. The food was delicious and the presentation has always been artful. The added balloon ride from the parking lot was a unique ending to our evening. Thank you, Talia, and MHS Resort for a memorable evening.

We enjoyed excellent appetizers of Turkish Pide. Salmon, Sea Scallops , and Big Shrimp entrees were all prepared well and tasty. Service showed lack of training. Bus boys kept coming around clearing plates which made us feel rushed. The worst was when the setting sun was hitting one of the guests face eating dinner and was quite bothersome. Our waiter said it can not be helped. I suggested attaching napkin to the shade with paper clip but was ignored. He never offered to change seats. He just walked away. We truly regret still tipping him 20%.

We sat indoors as the evening was getting cooler than expected to sit outdoors. They do have heaters outside and it looks very nicely done with a water fountain and cafe hanging lights. The vibe is a converted cellar into chic Southwest upscale restaurant catering to a smaller crowd. Truly enjoyed this experience. They prioritize healthy ingredients meaning not using inflammatory seed oils; avocado oil instead. The service is professional & personal. The food is elevated & excellent. Highly recommend this place! We will return for sure. Only missing… being open for lunch!

We absolutely loved Talia Kitchen. The food was truly delicious, genuine culinary artistry. Great selection too. The service was also fantastic. We loved it so much the first night we went back a second night. And I would admit we are a bit food. And I admit we are a bit food snobbish. 😃Definitely recommend!

FAQs

Talia offers indoor dining, a full bar and an outdoor patio with plants and string lights that many guests prefer. Reviews mention bench seating on one side of tables, a few tucked booth-style spots, and a small "sweetheart" table referenced by guests. Space is intimate, tables can feel close together, so call ahead if you need a specific layout or quieter table.

Weekends and opening-weekend evenings are the busiest and loudest times, guests frequently note a lively, sometimes echoey dining room on Friday and Saturday nights. Quieter times tend to be earlier weeknights (Wednesday/Thursday early dinners) and outdoor patio seatings, which guests often find more peaceful. Reservations and earlier time slots help avoid the busiest periods.

Yes, Talia Kitchen is a popular choice for date night. Guests frequently praise the elevated, farm-to-table menu, thoughtful cocktails and attentive service, and many celebrate birthdays and anniversaries there. The outdoor patio with plants and string lights is particularly romantic; inside can feel lively and a bit loud on busy nights. Plan for a shareable, seasonal menu and consider an outdoor table or an earlier reservation for a quieter, more intimate experience.

Portions are generally on the smaller, shareable side, Talia’s menu is built for sampling several plates. Many guests call the menu "small" or "limited" and say entrees are plated with care but can feel modest for the price. Note that main proteins often come without included sides, so ordering a side or two (or sharing multiple plates) is common. Several guests also mentioned some higher-priced entrees ($30–$60 range) and occasional comments about value versus portion size.

For a quieter meal, aim for an earlier dinner on a weekday or an early Wednesday/Thursday seating, guests note weekends and opening-weekend nights can be busy and louder. If you want a romantic, calm vibe, request an outdoor table; if you enjoy lively energy and a full dining room, weekend evenings are ideal. Reservations are recommended.

Yes, the team is receptive to advance requests. Guests report that staff accommodated dietary needs, birthday celebrations (complimentary bubbles and candles in many cases) and even allowed guests to bring their own champagne for a corkage fee. If you have seating preferences, dietary restrictions or celebration plans, call ahead so the staff can prepare.

Partly, families do dine here and guests celebrate birthdays with kids; some report a kid’s menu was available. Seating includes indoor dining, a bar and an attractive outdoor patio that many guests find comfortable for groups. However, several guests mention cramped tables, firm or slanted chairs and limited booth options, so if mobility or comfort is a concern call ahead to request a suitable table.

Possibly, while regular hours list dinner Wed–Sun, guests have reported dining at Talia on holidays such as Thanksgiving. That suggests the restaurant may open for select holidays; call ahead to confirm holiday hours and to make a reservation.

Talia blends elevated, modern farm-to-table dining with a relaxed resort setting. Guests frequently praise the outdoor patio for its cozy plants and lights; inside is stylish but can feel sparse or too bright to some. A common note: inside gets lively and echoey on busy nights, while outdoors is quieter and more intimate. Overall tone is friendly, polished and service-forward.

Yes, Talia has a well‑liked outdoor patio. Many guests specifically praise the patio for its plants, lighting and comfortable al fresco dining; several recommend requesting outdoor seating for a quieter, more pleasant atmosphere compared with the sometimes noisy interior.

Business casual is recommended. The restaurant lists Business Casual as its dress code, and guests typically arrive dressed smart-casual for dinners, anniversaries and special occasions, though a range from casual to dressed-up appears commonly accepted by other diners.

Mid‑week (Wednesday or Thursday) is often best for a quieter experience, the restaurant is dinner-only and weekends tend to be busier. Guests who prefer a peaceful patio meal recommend earlier weekday evenings; for a lively atmosphere, Friday or Saturday nights are ideal. Reservations are a good idea any night.
