About this restaurant

Great for brunch
Good for special occasions
Good for groups

Taste of Belgium is a restaurant group of Belgian-inspired eateries. We take traditional Belgian recipes and we twist them; we take American classics and we Belgianize them. We believe elegant cuisine can be served with a down-to-earth attitude and humble foods can be served elegantly. We take the food we create and the service we provide very seriously, but not ourselves. Waffles, Chicken, Beer. Eat Like a Belgian, Drink Like a Belgian, Live Like a Belgian!

I missed the waffle on the handheld, the sourdough was too soggy w butter, it’s just wasn’t the same. The fries sauce was great as usual but the fries themselves were short and limp, again just not what I remembered. Disappointed salads were not offered on a Saturday at 12:15. Not everyone wants brunch.

It seemed to be a nice environment but they must be short on employees. There was only one server in our area. She was good but was covering all the tables, the bar, the dessert area, and the bussing. As a result, our food took an hour to arrive and was not cooked properly. We don’t anticipate returning any time soon.

Came for mussels and they were out at 6:45. Ordered the Hot Brown and it was cold and very dry. Have not had good luck at the Kenwood location.

They were out of steak so that took out the steak and eggs and the steak entree for me. The all you can eat mussels were an enormous portion that you are not allowed to take home as it is a potential health risk. I understand that, but then I heard them tell a table they were almost out of the mussel special and we were there early at 5pm. If it's all you can eat, half of my portion would have satisfied most. We loved the half priced wine, but the food and atmosphere was not as nice as other locations.

We were passing through Cincy, little did we know that there was a tornado warning so no one was out…we were the only ones in the restaurant. Great service, food was good portions were greater than usual, since we were the only patrons there.
