Taxman Bargersville is a gastronomic destination and tap room that shares a building with the award
winning Taxman Brewing Co. Our culinary team is committed to artfully pairing the highest quality local
ingredients with house-made craft beers and wine. Our seasonally evolving menu features fresh
interpretations on familiar favorites, local grass-fed beef burgers and Belgian inspired double fried fries
(“frites” as they say in Belgium).

The restaurant features a full bar with craft beer, global wine selection and cocktails. The expansive outdoor patio is dog friendly and includes a fire pit. The upstairs loft area is available for private events and features a private bar and seating for up to 90 guests.

    I rarely have anything to complain about regarding Taxman, but last night I ordered the short ribs and it was barely warm when the waitress brought it out. She apologized and took it back to the kitchen to be reheated. When she brought it back it was slightly warmer, but still not hot. It tasted great, just not hot enough.

    We were fortunate enough to again have Bryce as our waiter. Very personable, professional, and kind! We both tried some new menu items during this visit and were pleased with our food and the chef’s combinations with the entrees. The dessert recommended by Bryce was also excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and, as usual, will definitely be back.

    Just a few things. Upstairs was warm but having some warm temps. I did the Steak Fritas and fir the price they're was a lot oh grizle on it. I can eat fat but not grizle. So that is why only 4 stars. The pieces not grizle were really good.

    Don’t get the balsamic glazed chicken. Inedible like sawdust, overcooked. I let the waiter know when he finally came back to present the check. Too late to get something else, everyone else was already finished eating. He made no effort to apologize or adjust the check. Disappointed. It was my son’s 30th birthday dinner, which was noted when the reservation was made. Why ask if a special occasion if it’s not acknowledged? I usually like Taxman, tonight was an Epic Fail.

    We went to take advantage of the Devour Menu but chose the regular menu and glad we did. Smash Burger, Tenderloin, mussels cheese curds...all great.
