We traveled to Columbus the weekend of 8/26-8/28 to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I had made reservations for 9:00 PM the evening of the 27th one week in advance. I received immediate confirmation via email and OpenTable. I had received updates and confirmations throughout the week up until 30 minutes of seating time to which it reminded us of our upcoming reservation. Our party arrived 15 minutes prior to reservation time to respect the schedule. The host informed us that she was unable to find our reservation. After confirming with email and OpenTable, she proceeded to let us know that Terrace was closed for the evening. It’s extremely frustrating that none of this was ever communicated to us as guests. Not only was there no cancellation communicated, but we successfully reserved a table in advance that wasn’t even available to begin with.

There is no pool as advertised just a fountain…I did not see a food menu…drink options are limited. The ambience is decent overall not worth it

A mix up. There was a day party scheduled for the time we made a reservation. So, we couldn’t have dinner.

We ordered drinks and an appetizer. We got the appetizer and water quickly, but the waitress forgot about our drinks. She walked by a few times and looked at us, but never said anything. My wife finally went up and said something to her and she said she was sorry, something about checking to see if they had everything to make my drink, a rum runner, downstairs at the Chophouse. They didn't, but I guess she just forgot to come over and tell us. So, I got something else. They did comp by drink, but was just not impressed.

Its basically an apartment poolside bar.... The drinks were actually great, poke was a little fishy... We would go back just bc its a fun loungy place to have a drink but its not a destination place to eat

Terrace Bar heavily markets the pool that can be found be found in nearly all of their photos online. I booked a reservation here thinking my group would be able to eat, drink and spend a couple of hours at the pool. After calling to see if they had towels for guest use, we were made aware that the pool is for Luxe 23 apartment residents only. I'm confused as to why this wasn't made clear on their website. The food and drinks are incredibly overpriced, definitely not worth it if you aren't allowed to use the pool. Super disappointed.

Very fun space & wait staff was excellent! However we went for a birthday celebration specifically for the poke’ and were told it wasn’t available as they were out of rice - couldn’t even get the poke’ nachos! Settled for some tots and moved on to Forno for rest of our meal.
