Terroni - Beverly
Service was really not great.
We had a great time at Terroni. The restaurant is beautiful and has a great vibe. The food was fantastic. We tried pizza, pastas, salad and meatballs and all of it was wonderful.
Best Italian food in LA. Like a real European Italian cafe. Been coming to Terroni for over 10 years and have never had a bad meal there. Great pastas and pizzas and salads and specials. Great wine list and cocktails. I can’t say enough about Terroni. It puts me in a good mood to eat there.
Good date with a cute guy!
Service and food were amazing !!! The tables were a little bit too close for me but overall a great dining experience
brought our mains when we were only half way through our starter, table wasn't big enough for all the plates so they put our mains under a heat lamp for twenty minutes. Should've just waited for us to finish our starter first!
I’m a visitor from the East Coast and this was my second visit to this restaurant and I was not disappointed. The homemade pasta reminds me of the pasta my grandmother used to make for Sunday dinners. I would highly recommend Terroni Beverly, and I’ll go back again for sure!
Amazing food and an amazing experience
My first visit was exquisite. We were greeted the moment we walked in. Our reserved table was ready. The server was attentive, new the menu well and made great suggestions based on our likes.
The sommelier David was friendly and welcoming. Sometimes a sommelier can make the customer feel ignorant. Not David. We told him the type of grapes we prefer and he introduced us to a new wine based on our likes. Both the opener wine and dinner wine was a hit.
Our Server stayed connected to us and anticipated our needs. She explained, why the calamari is served without marinara. She was never condescending instead she struck our curiosity and we were pleased with the chefs choice to only use lemon. The calamari was fresh. We had a great experience.
Greta service and food was delicious as usual
This place is pretty aggressive about keeping to their regional Italian style to the point of refusing to serve butter with the bread. Certainly noisy and an open floor plan so not particularly romantic (unless you are in that very early stage where the world melts away, ha). Nonetheless the food is excellent and the price is not unreasonable for the quality.
Everything is excellent. So many excellent food choices, great, friendly service. Not just a place to eat but a night out.
Still my fav local Italian spot after all these years! The best pasta in town!
Always a wonderful experience, excellent service all around from the hostess to the bartenders to the runners to the servers. Our go to neighborhood joint.
By far the best Italian food in Los Angeles.
They are so cantankerous! You love the salad, but it comes with olives. Olives make you sick. But they won’t give you the salad without olives. No salad for you! The pizza is delicious! Lots to choose from, so hopefully you can find something that is perfect for you, because no changes allowed. Be prepared to saw away at your own pizza, knocking your neighbor off his seat with your energetic elbows, because the pizza is unsliced. Slice away! Hack away! Pull all the cheese off other slices as you attempt to chisel your piece out! Delicious but annoying AF. I read the menu where all is explained, but all I see is PRETENTIOUS. I need a Xanax before I eat here. Or two.
They accommodated me an hour earlier than my scheduled time. Thank you for finding me a table! Service great as always
As always wonderful dining experience from the service to the delicious food. Excellent service from the hostess to the bartenders to the servers
Chelsea our server is so delightful
Lauren Gallagher was an amazing server who deserves praise. And a raise. Kind. Patient. Knowledgeable.
One of my favorite Italian spots. It's so cozy, service is good, and the food is great. The wine selection is great too and it just makes for a fulfilling meal.
Server was excellent, attentive, and anticipating. The food was well prepared and tasty. Although we are visitors from North East we always include Terroni in our plans. Continue the good work.
Yummy food. My only wish was that we didn't have to be seated on a small table very close to others when tables were open - I made a reservation months in advance and hoped I'd have a nicer option for doing so
Love this place for breakfast lunch and dinner, it’s a brunch secret
Lovely lunch with friends. Great service, yummy pasta and salads, love the bread! Parking is a pain
I have accustomed a craving for their ragu pasta / and I love that a lot of their dishes don't contain garlic and onions.
Amazing wine list! Knowledgable Italian wine steward, and fun friendly staff. The food is always solid. Great place to hang out with anyone...
Great food and service, a go to in my book for quality Italian food.
I'd passed this place many times and it was always crowded. So I wanted to try it. The place is soooooo noisy, it is hard to have a conversation. The menu is extremely limited. The pasta was good, but there were so few choices. It seems like a hot, trendy place but because of the noise level and limited selection, I wouldn't race to return.
Too noisy. Didn’t want to provide balsamic vinegar with bread because they wanted you to experience the olive oil. The food was bland and tasteless
Food was good. I had the lasagna special. The waitress we had was not so great. Haughty attitude and a bit rude. She ruined the experience unfortunately.
Absolutely love this spot! It’s a Small, clean, amazing food, great service, bring your own wine, and enjoy the company of your guest kind of place.
Service was subpar this visit.
Food was great, as always.
Tried the flourless cake for dessert for the first time, very good.
Food was great. Service ok.
Parking not great at lunch
Terroni never disappoints. I've been coming here for years and have sampled so much of the menu, but still am impressed every time I pop in.
I’ve been going to this restaurant for years. I enjoy the upbeat, bustling atmosphere. This time, however, I did not enjoy the service. Our waiter was never to be found. A few others stepped in and got us what we needed (Parmesan, water, check rung up), so it wasn’t so bad, but it was noticeable. Also, we ordered the persimmon and pomegranate salad (over $15) and there were about three wafer-thin persimmon slices on it. Just annoying at that price point and level of food.
Always a pleasure dining at Terroni. The food is delicious and the staff spectacular from the hostess stand, busted, runners, bartenders and wait staff. Exceptional service every visit.
Wine was great! Food was above average.
Very nice experience overall.
We've loved coming to this location for years (we're not big fans of the downtown spot - the ambience is great there but the food is so much less worthy - they can barely do al dente!). However, we've definitely noticed little details that have changed for the worse: they charge for bread now, the olives in the salads are not fresh, but pickled, blech, and the portions have gotten sooo much smaller, at least for the pasta dishes. There's barely any guanciale anymore in the amatriciana! I can understand that they may have needed to do these things for business reasons, but we've definitely noticed, and we're huge fans.
