We reserved a table for 4 for business meeting but when we arrived at tgif eastwood they did not accommodate us because they are fully booked. We arrived on time but no one attempted to reach us before the scheduled time. A waste of time and will definitely not recommend this to others. Such a hustle looking for other restos just because of their inefficiency! 0/100

Went around 5pm in TGIFridays Eastwood when restaurant was nearly empty. We availed of the bottomless mojito, which sounds great in theory, except refills took around 30 to 40 minutes each time. Even asking for tissues and sauces for the nachos took way longer than it should have, like the request got lost somewhere between tables. This happened on all three refills we asked for. The bathroom situation didn’t help. It was smelly and the floor was wet, which is never a great experience mid-meal. Some staff were polite, but clearly confused and overwhelmed. It really felt like they were understaffed and doing their best.

The service is great. The staff are friendly and approachable.. But the food is just ok. Some dishes/sauce are bland. The ribs are a bit short for bbq flavor, they did not provide separate bbq sauce for ribs. The porkchops are a bit tough and no gravy/sauce also. I dont know if we need to ask for extra sauce. The fish lacks salt and/or pepper taste, and the also white sauce has no taste.

The music was so annoyingly loud. The steak was not tender. The food was very salty and the serving time was sooooo long that i had to ask to take out our desert. I was so excited to dine wit TGIF but ended up disappointed.
