My pizza was really burnt, but I was starving and with a group and didn’t want to complain. Sue was proactive by asking if something was wrong when I turned down a box for leftovers. I showed her the blackened crust. She whisked it back to the kitchen to show them and took it off our bill even though I had eaten half of it. Her professional customer care is the main reason we will return. My husband ordered a ceasar salad which I ate part of. Next time I may order that with chicken instead of pizza. M!

The wait staff was very accommodating and attentive while the manager was extremely personable and conscientious. The BREW PUB FISH & CHIPS was again superb with Old Bay house cut fries. What sets the ABP apart is the use of delicious, local fluke rather than the typical frozen cod fish. We come up from Cape May to get this unique delight. Unequivocally, the best Fish and Chips around!

Perfect mix of casual with a little upscale. Open all year so we enjoy visiting in the off-season, as well as summer. Went for NYE dinner with the kids and my husband was able to watch football while we enjoyed the beers they have on tap. cool vibe, with the kegs on the ceiling. They have a good variety of entrees and pub fare, picky about rolls & burger buns here are very good, and the fries are my favorite on the island. This visit I had the short rib entree and they were some of the best I've had. Better than expected and would definitely get them again. Our server was very sweet and attentive, never had an empty glass.

It was our first time at the Avalon Brew Pub! We are staying at Avalon Hotel so the convenience of walking downstairs was nice. The food was delicious - especially the Buffalo wings and Buffalo rock shrimp! Our waitress Sue - was so accommodating, friendly, and did an exceptional job! Ask for her if you can! If you like cocktails, I recommend the Tito’s Oasis of Peace and if you like beer get their stout under other! We can’t recall the name it was like beyond a reasonable stout or something along those lines! Definitely recommend this place!

We went back for the second time for the fish and chips. We were told that the fish was frozen and it would take too long to thaw, so we would need to make a second choice. The second choice was good, but not what we went for. Will probably call first next time to make sure we can get the fish.

I have been there many times across all of the seasons; never before has it been so eat-splitting noisy. The small bar area was jammed with animated, loud people. There was nothing management could do about that but it made conversation for the dining guests almost impossible.
