We visited The Ballroom Bowl Yorkville for the first time and had a great overall experience. The staff were excellent, especially when we realized we’d accidentally booked a Sunday slot instead of Saturday. They were very accommodating and helped us secure a Saturday lane without any hassle. When we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized, from getting to our lane to picking up shoes. The bowling itself was fun and well worth the price. We booked a one-hour session for two people, which was plenty for us, though larger groups might want to reserve more time. Food and drinks are available, but our experience there wasn’t the best nachos were disappointing for the price, and the margarita felt underwhelming. That said, it may have just been an off night for food and beverages. Overall, the bowling experience and friendly staff made it a place we’d happily return to.

We brought our nephews (ages 15 and 11) for our first visit, and we all had a great time. The venue and overall vibe are super fun, cool, clean, and modern. Service was excellent from the moment we arrived — we were walked to our lane by the hostess, and our server was friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout. The only reason we didn’t give five stars was value. We were a bit surprised by the final bill: three appetizers, one glass of wine, one mocktail, and one pop came to about $150. Unfortunately, I didn’t take the itemized bill home, and even after checking the menu prices online, I couldn’t quite reconcile the total. That said, we would absolutely come back — especially on a Saturday afternoon when bowling is half-price — and would still recommend Ballroom Yorkville to others. It’s a great spot with a fantastic atmosphere.
