Friendly and kind people who are attentive but not intrusive. Quiet and peaceful as I need. Food as good as ever so it was a lovely lunch

Food was excellent. A little bit expensive especially the wine. Over £10 for a large Rose that didn't look large. The only let down was we were asked did we want to see the dessert which we did but it never arrived. Never saw the waitress again, so just paid the bill at the bar and left.

Service was prompt and friendly with the exception of one waitress who clearly didn’t want to be working the night. Food was good & filling.

Excellent as usual however no gluten free bread to go with the starter as per the menu however these were deducted from the bill. Excellent food and service as usual. Highly recommended.

Our food was really good. My only disappointment was that there were no lighter meals. With the weather being so hot, my appetite wasn't great, so it would have been lovely to see some interesting salads, or lighter bites.

Our favourite local place to eat! The food is always delicious, the service is friendly & efficient, and the surroundings are relaxed and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

It would be very difficult to be critical of The Bell, the food is magnificent, the beer is well kept, the candles on the tables were a nice touch. We had a marvellous Birthday meal and will be back again soon.
