I booked a table in the beer garden weeks ago for a birthday, we arrived early and we were told we could sit at a high table near the door for a drink and then we would be moved to the table I had booked further inside. The temporary table we were placed at was across from the bin and the cleaning products and beside the entrance to the bar on top of a table of 6 people behind us. We didn’t mind as we were told it was only for 20minutes. When I approached the front of house guy to move us to our table as booked and as promised he said our table was now gone. We were also charged 2 euro booking fee on the bill.We left after one drink, I’ve been a regular for years and was sad to see the way we were treated.

We had to pay 2€ for the booking. There wasn't music and the drinks was too expensive.
