They didn’t answer numerous phone calls and the place was empty when we got there on a Saturday night. Went elsewhere. Are they closed?

The food was fine, but not exceptional. Our waiter however, was wonderful. He was very pleasant, attentive and extremely concerned to ensure I was safe with my various food allergies.

The thanksgiving food menu was very good & had a lot of options. Overall, the food was the best part. The pumpkin pie martini was probably the worst part. The service was good that the water was always full, but no one was overly nice or welcoming. The place itself was so cute & had a nice atmosphere.

This was for my daughters 17th birthday. They had a reservation and the girls were sat at a high top table in a row opposed to at a table where they could talk. This totally ruined their experience and her birthday. They had to text each other because they couldn’t talk to one another. Very disappointed.

It was a nice venue and it had a good scene. Service was great. But the food portions were small so making it overpriced. Really overpriced.

The food was excellent. The service was excellent. 20 steps on the stairway to get to the second floor. (Just mentioning that for anyone who may have disabilities.)

We had lunch there yesterday and our experience was very favorable. Nick was very helpful and I was sorry he wasn't there when we left to thank him again. Our waitress was adorable and attentive. We will be sure to visit The Brass Rail again the next time we are in Hoboken. Thanks again.
