Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Another outstanding dinner at the Capital Grill -- the food and service were exceptional! We really felt like valued guests! Our server, Soufiane, made it especially welcoming! Highly recommend.

    My wife and celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary and Capital Grille knocked it out of the park. Our table was dressed with confetti hearts and a card when we were seated, we were offered a glass of Champagne, the food was amazing and they topped it off with a desert treat on the house. It was already a great restaurant, but this experience they went above and beyond. Our server Chris executed perfectly, the kitchen perfectly, the management team were engaged and really mead us feel special… 11 out of 10!

    We had Alexandra as our primary server - bone in filet was great, but the wagyu filet Oscar style was the winner. Absolutely great service, one of our favorites. Will be back soon!
