Our food is inspired by the seasonal produce of Shropshire and our surrounding counties. Many of our ingredients are produced at Ludlow Farm Shop. Our meat is reared in the fields surrounding us on the Earl of Plymouth’s Oakly Park Estate and is prepared by the award winning butchers at Ludlow Farm Shop

Please note, we do add a 12.5% discretionary service charge onto the bill for groups of six or more.

We had a great meal at the Clive Arms. The food was superb and the service friendly and efficient. Our only regret is that we live so far away, else we would be regulars.

Not being big eaters, we were so pleased to see they did a small portion of Fish & Chips served with mushy peas and homemade tartar sauce, the fish was absolutely delicious with a light crispy batter served with chunky chips, it was ample for us. The staff were very friendly and welcoming as always.

This might be my new favourite place! Seriously good food without pretentious surroundings. Yet everything is stylish. Good variety on the menu and some really imaginative touches to the dishes.

Absolutely perfect. Our 2nd visit this summer, a refreshed seasonal menu, and just as fabulous as the first time. That goes for the food, service and ambiance. I feel very confident taking visitors to The Clive, I know they’ll be impressed.

Food always wonderful. Beautifully presented. Very fresh ingredients. Lovely to go somewhere and have great food that I wouldn't ordinarily prepare at home.

The evening of the solar eclipse and extremely warm. Although the restaurant was busy we were allocated a table adjacent to an open door where we could be as comfortable as possible in the heat. The waiting staff were very attentive and friendly , whilst working in extremely warm conditions. The starters ( pea and mint soup and potted crab) were delightful and the mains (duck breast with ratatouille and green beans) were superb. Can thoroughly recommend the Clive Collection rose' which was perfect for a summer evening. Altogether a very nice impromptu meal out. Thank you to all concerned.
