We made reservations to this restaurant for a Saturday night when it’s hard to get a table anywhere. When we got there and talked to the hostess she said “you guys are like the 4th table to come in and say you have reservations, but we don’t take reservations” I told her we made it on the open table app. She said she didn’t know what that was and that she would try to seat us as soon as she could. We chatted with some of the other parties that said they had reservations and they told us they had been waiting for over 45 minutes. They DO NOT honor reservation times. Additionally, it was so loud and crowded I could barely hear anyone talking to me

DO NOT ACCEPT OPEN TABLE RESERVATIONS! We got there and they told us they did not receive open table reservations. They barely fit us into a small table nowhere near the TVs that we wanted to watch for the game. Table TVs didn't work. Food and service was mediocre but due to COVID closures we were fine with it. But please remove them from Open Table if they can't receive the reservations!
