   Service was surprisingly slow. We ordered two pizzas and both seemed slightly undercooked to us for a proper brick pizza oven. After we got our food and drinks, our server did not check in if we wanted a water top up or another drink. Seems like this restaurant is not run as efficiently anymore and food quality might have gone down a bit. Atmosphere is nice though.

   I would recommend this restaurant, happy hour menu had a large selection and good prices. Our meal was tasty, just beware the arrabbiata dish is VERY spicy. We were a bit disappointed bread, vinegar and oil did not come with our meal but the focaccia bread we purchased was excellent. They don’t have special coffees.

   My girlfriend ordered Fettecini Alfredo. It was speghetti noodles with hardly any alfredo sauce. My friends pizza was overly greasy. The empress gin sours did not use empress gin. Overall value for price was not good.

   Attentive and fast service. Drinks and appies were divine - particularly the Brussels sprouts and bruschetta. While our mains were enjoyable, they didn’t quite reach the level of deliciousness we were hoping for. Overall experience was a 4/5.

   Nothing spectacular. The restaurant has cut back on things such as their pre meal salad. A sign of the times for the Joseph Richard Group I guess. Good service and our group liked the food.

   We’ve celebrated New Year’s Eve at this restaurant for the past three years, but after this year’s experience, we won’t be returning. We made an 8 PM reservation, expecting the usual festive atmosphere, but instead, we felt rushed and unwelcome. The staff was blatantly focused on clearing the place out before their 10 PM closing time. Last call for food and drinks was at 9 PM, leaving us no opportunity to enjoy dessert or a final round of drinks. It was a frustrating and disappointing way to end the evening. What was once a highlight of our New Year’s celebrations has now been completely tarnished. I wouldn’t recommend spending such a special night here.

   Food was cold. Water glasses were very dirty had to return the glasses they came back with the same glass and they were still dirty

    A lovely dinner with efficient and friendly service from Natalie. For a non-sound-absorbing (lots of hard surfaces) environment, it was not too noisy, although our reservation was for an earlier time. Food was good and there is a nice menu selection of Italian dishes.
