We had the scallops and gnocchi, and both we excellent. The homemade bread and soft butter were a nice starter, and we really enjoyed our glasses of wine. We were just passing through Albany, but would definitely come back if in the area again.

Food and service very good. Enjoyed unusual preparation and rare ingredients. Smoked Beets appetizer was delicious. Ramp and Lamb Sausage was excellent but a bit skimpy with just one sausage. The accompanying braised lentils were underwhelming. Companion's Vegie Burger was very satisfactory. Overall, appreciated their offbeat take on ingredients, i.e. the salted whipped cream on a berry tart. I always get new ideas when I visit!

Very impressed with the friendly, attentive and accommodating staff. We had the tasting menu, and enjoyed it tremendously. Food was perfectly seasoned, creative and very tasty. Would go back in a heartbeat.
