The Rainbow Restaurant serves two kinds of pizza. Our thick crust Sicilian style is baked in a traditional oven. Our thin crust, Neapolitan-style pizza is cooked in a wood- fired oven. For either type of pizza you can pick one of three sauces: tomato-based marinara, imported olive oil with fresh chopped garlic, or a white sauce of ricotta, mozzarella and Romano cheeses.
