Unfortunately the online pictures sold the idea of a very different establishment. I was expecting a swanky, chic, downtown Rocks restaurant, and whilre the exterior of the Rawson promises much, and it IS down at the Rocks harbour side, the interior is leaking (literally buckets on the floor!), the service non existent and the menu worse than a student cafe. The place is grungy, and more of a dive swill bar than a hip and happening place to be. It's a real shame because the location is fabulous and the potential is there, but it certainly has not been capitalised on - yet. Here's hoping for an interior makeover and some $$ spent on it to make it fabulous, until then, give it a miss.
