I booked a reservation for my college graduation here. I walked in on the day of our reservation, after confirming my reservation the night before, and they told me our reservation had been canceled. I was given no warning, no email, no means of communication. The hostess let us know the manager “canceled all reservations for the night” due to the Knicks game. Congrats to the Knicks, this is Chicago, what does Chicago have to do with the Knicks? Poor communication. Poor customer service.

From the moment we walked in the vibe was off. We sat at the bar to catch a game and was greeted with a rude waitress. We asked her for a drink menu and she responded, “our drinks are very expensive” clearly insinuating that we could not afford it. I ventured to the restroom and discovered a larger room with a mega size screen. I then asked to move to the space only to be cornered by the manager trying to talk me out of it and sit someone that I was not comfortable. The rude waitress and the manager then proceeded to talm about us loudly. It was awful. The environment was cold and uninviting. I will never return here again.

Our table was served by Joe in a later reservation on Friday night. After waiting some time to be seated, and a bit longer to be greeted by Joe we were ready to order both drinks and food to which we were met with pushback about from Joe. From there, the sentiment felt from the server was that our table was doing too much, which was incorrect since we watched him serve other table very well, and unfortunately, the food did not taste good enough to outweigh the lack of good service. The wings were dry, burgers had almost no ketchup/mayo and the fries were so overcooked they were more like chips. I really hate that I had such a poor experience as a South Loop resident knowing that we need more bars/restaurants but I won’t be sacrificing quality for convenience.

Service was good. Food was ordinary. Ambiance was not great. Just a few big rooms with a lot of TVs and unattractive furniture.

The appetizers are delicious along with the pizza. The entrées aren’t the best and the fries weren’t my favorite. Service was incredibly slow. It looked like they only had two servers for the whole place on a busy Saturday night.

We came in with a group of families and kids, so there was definitely some extra energy at our table. The staff handled it with total grace, patience, and kindness the whole time. They made what could’ve been a hectic night feel easy and genuinely welcoming, which we really appreciated as parents. It says a lot about a place when they treat families that well. We’ll definitely be back - with slightly lower energy next time :)
