Tucked away in beautiful countryside, the Stephan Langton Inn is a hidden gem in the Surrey Hills.
Under new management from May 2015, the Stephan Langton Inn now offers the best of modern British cuisine with ingredients sourced locally wherever possible. Proudly serving excellent local ales from Shere’s Tillingbourne Brewery plus a selection of guest beers throughout the year. Top class wines come from the team at Surrey’s foremost independent wine merchant ‘The Vineyard’ in Dorking and from Chelsea’s Haynes, Hanson & Clark. Plus we’re told we make rather a fine cup of coffee.
Our Head Chef, Simon Adams, invites you to sample his seasonal menu of innovative and inspiring dishes featuring fresh, local produce. Simon brings his experience of working in the Mediterranean and around the UK to the Stephan Langton Inn. He and his team have devised a selection of delicious menus, focusing on freshly prepared, homemade locally sourced and seasonal dishes.
