Located in the beautiful village of Hollins Hall, just outside Harrogate, is The Terrace. Initially for the residents of the village, we have now opened up to serve everyone who enjoys beautiful views, manicured gardens and an eclectic menu of old fashioned favourites and favourites of the future.
Access to the restaurant is through the main building in the centre of the village, and plenty free parking is available. The restaurant is disability and child friendly, dogs are welcome on our terrace but not in the main restaurant.
Due to it's location, why not consider The Terrace for your private events as well. We can cater for smaller and larger groups, and our chefs will gladly work with you to create a menu tailored to your taste, budget and occasion.

It took 2 and half hours for Sunday lunch, painfully slow. Long waits for orders to be taken, prawn cocktail was underwelming, main was good. Just too slow some drink orders didn't arrive

The service was super, reasonably swift, served by a lovely helpful friendly lady. The choices on the menu for lunch were a bit limited but we both found selections that suited us. We had a super view of the gardens, an uncrowded room, plenty of space between tables. A very pleasant, comfortable, relaxing lunch.

The lady on front of house (Deborah?) was absolutely brilliant. She was great at her job and was really funny, we really enjoyed our interactions with her. The dining room and setting are gorgeous and the food was yummy.

We have now had the pleasure of dining at The Terrace for breakfast, evening meal and Sunday lunch and on each occasion the service has been impeccable and the quality of food outstanding. A lovely atmosphere dining both in the dining room and on the outside terrace. Highly recommend this gem.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal of belly pork and vegetables which was lovely Followed by scone and jam and cream with a cup of coffee A restaurant well worth a visit
