    Found staff on arrival very friendly and helpful , once our orders were placed and meals delivered it’s like we became invisible. I was able after trying for ages to get a waitresses attention to order a drink that never appeared luckily it was put on our bill. Nice place nice food service was fast ie meals to table, but staff need to be more attentive to there customers.

    Highly recommend if you have allergies or dietary requirements. We had an amazing time. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The food was delicious, so much to choose from and the most amazing part was how accommodating the restaurant was with food allergies. We had anaphylactic to eggs and tree nuts but the amount of food still available to enjoy was vast. The owner was amazing he ran through the menu with us so we were comfortable and even told us some jokes. We had such an enjoyable night, our family visiting from New Zealand were amazed at the service and had a wonderful time. Thank you to all the staff for a truly wonderful experience.

    Have to say the brisket was way to dry and no flavour, to be honest it was like I was eating meat for the night before For what we spent I might say I would not be coming back Positive was the service was good Negative for what we spent $400+ food was pretty average

    Very nice restaurant which is clean and well presented. Greeted well upon arrival and staff were very attentive. Food was great quality however did take some time from order to receiving it at the table 45 minutes. It is expensive however the quality of the food and the time it takes to prepared is understandable. I would go back

    The staff were so friendly from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and drinks. Rob made my kids feel so included and welcome and made up a secret handshake with them and made them laugh every time he walked past.

    we ordered a platter for 6 and 2 for the 7 of us. we have eaten at Third Wave twice before. The ribs were not at the usual standard, they were dry on the outside (under the sauce), as those they had been left wamring for a long time. All other food supplied was top quality. i didnt complain on the night as it was a group celebration and i didnt want to bring the mood down, but thought it appropriate to advise.
