Mwah - food OK but not special. Did consider quiet corner for business conversation and service was at right level of interaction for dinner purpose. Surprised that head chef as illustrated on menu was not the same as read about online.

A fantastic experience. A tad on the pricey side, especially for the wine and alcohol (beer was priced normal). Preparation of food was incredible. Server was very kind and helpful. They forgot to put "sauces on the side" as requested but it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, I give this restaurant 5-stars. The quality of the ingredients was as about as fresh as walking out to my garden, picking something, then cooking it. Delicious and healthy! We can't wait to visit Tilth again.

This restaurant was a nice experience with great ambiance. The food was fresh and delicious. The prices are a bit steep so be prepared.

3rd time at Tilth for dinner, never disappointed. Nice, though pricey Manhattan to start. Shared tge Carrot Dashi and Bok Choy with my date. I had Risotto with morels and he, gnocchi with pea sprouts, both were lovely. Panna Cotta to end... delicious. Service was perfect. Ambiance great and we could converse in normal tones.

Met some friends from out of town here and had a great meal. The special was rib eye which was very popular at the table. I had the octopus which never disappoints!
The non dairy deserts were delicious.

Excellent organic food, thoughtfully prepared. Great vegan and gluten free options. Quality ingredients.
The carrots with coco nibs were fabulous. This was our first time at this restaurant and we are all
looking forward to going back. Yum.

Have eaten here often, this trip was better than usual. Haven't had a bad meal, but the choices at this visit were extra good. Will be back.

Great food but a bit on the pricey side. Were a bit disappointed with the cocktail pours - the old fashions we ordered were good but skimpy pours for a $15 cocktail. Would go back for a special date night

I have never been here before. We were seated promptly, the woman who seated us was very friendly. We were waited on quickly, food came very quickly, waiter was nice and helpful, food was delicious. Overall, just a great experience

They always have a great selection of food and wine. This place is fantastic and caters to different dietary needs as well from gluten free, dairy or vegan. Nice to have the option. Must return for the tasting menu and the pairings. Thank you!

Awesome meal and very good service. The wine flight with the Prix fixe menu is well worth the price...a different glass of wine with every course.
We brought out of town guests here for the Prix fixe menu and had a wonderful time. For us it was well worth the money.

Sweet spot to have brunch or dinner. We dined for brunch and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I had the French omelet and my spouse had the vegetable hash and we had sides of bacon and sausage. The bacon was outstanding!

The server was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the time between courses was too long and it took 30 minutes for our dessert cheese plate to get to us. A meal that should have been around two hours took more than three.

This was just an ideal experience--everything was perfect for a special occasion. Food well prepared, well paired, beautifully served and delicious. Great wine, great service. Quiet and friendly, good ambiance. We'll be back.

Tilth never disappoints. I have only been to Tilth for brunch.

The service was spot on, from the time we arrive until we left. Very attentive staff, checking with us enough so that our coffees were always full but not so much as to be disruptive.
The food is amazing as always. The pork belly plates my friends had were delicious, according to them. I had the baked eggs, which I’ve had before, and to my surprise the recipe changed. Nevertheless, they were delicious. They tasted different from the previous version of the plate, but each version was amazing. This version had bacon baked into the dish, along with some veggies. I wiped down the plate with bread.

I look forward to the next baked eggs recipe.

Halibut was over cooked and dry, asparagus salad was OK but the anchovy vinaigrette was barely there, small tastes of the hor s’ouvres were artistic in presentation however not exceptional in taste. Service was rather impersonal and aloof.

I took a friend to Tilth as a first-time visit using a gift card. We both enjoy exploratory dining experiences. The atmosphere is cozy, like a living room. The staff read my seating request which asked for a quieter table because of hearing challenges, and they moved our table to a corner after having originally sat us next to a table of four chatty friends. I appreciated the table switch. Our server was new, but being shadowed by an experienced server, so our questions about unique and exceptional dishes that we should try were answered. The experienced server is also and experienced bartender and he accurately recommended cocktail, beer, and cider choices based on our tastes as we described them. The pork chop was tender, perfectly cooked, and shows what a pork chop can be in the hands of talented chefs. The tuna had a melt-in-your-mouth perfection that maintained a texture without being chewy, tasted like tuna without the overly fishy smell, and was cooked in flavors that enhanced rather than overpowered the tuna. The caraway cauliflower is worth ordering, as is the baracha. We splurged on a desert, which was the celery semifredo; unique and worth it. We were also appreciative of the service that was attentive without being obtrusive, and the lighting and music that gradually shifted in response to the waning natural sunlight and the changing of the population of the room. It was an excellent experience overall.

Tilth is consistently among the very best restaurants in Seattle. The food is imaginative, free of the latest fads and always excellent. The dishes appear to be prepared to order and never disappoint. The service is correct, professional and never over-the-top. The ambience is very comfortable

We attended during Seattle Restaurant week. The food was phenomenal and the service was impeccable. I've found other restaurants to be brusque and hurried during this event and Tilth was classy and surpassed my expectations. I will be bringing clients, visitors and family back again and again.
