They revamped their menu but kept some staples. Looks interesting and part of me wants to go back and try something else. However the service was subpar and we had a situation that should’ve, in my opinion been handled differently.

Great food! Great staff! Highly recommend the coconut chicken curry. Reasonably priced for today’s world. Quality menu with lots of great choices. Shout out to Julia and Karen who gave us great service. Lovely local to call your own but would travel, as I did, for an hour for the food and atmosphere.

Food reasonably priced. Steak sandwich the best! Dessert so so and pricey. Cocktails $$ but yummy.

Our food went to the wrong table and was average at best, took quite awhile to get our bill presented. Disappointing experience.

Great location, easy access, close to the QEW. Greeted immediately upon entering and seated quickly. Our server Laura S provided exceptional service, drink orders taken and delivered promptly, food orders taken and delivered promptly. The food was delicious and all nine in our group enjoyed the fare. The roast beef sandwich is delicious (my favourite and what I always order) but I upgrade to the onion rings. Absolutely the best onion rings this side of the Rockies. I'm never disappointed. Definitely a great place to dine in a relaxed atmosphere with good food and service.

Guests often compliment the friendly servers and dishes like the roast beef sandwich and coconut chicken curry. Keep in mind it can be lively during big game nights or when a band is playing, so for a quieter, more intimate evening choose an early weeknight or ask for a quieter corner when booking.

Portions at Tin Cup are generally generous, many guests mention hearty servings and leftovers. Guests report large salads (Cobb), generous nacho portions, and entrées that often yield take‑home portions. A group of diners noted bringing home extra food, and the house favourites like the roast beef and club sandwiches are described as filling. If you prefer lighter portions, consider sharing an appetizer or ordering a starter and a smaller main.

Physical accessibility (ramps, wheelchair seating) isn’t mentioned in reviews or owner info, so if you need specific accessible seating or accommodations, call ahead and the team can advise and reserve appropriate space.

For a lively game‑day atmosphere, go during big sports events (hockey playoffs, NFL opening) or weekend evenings, guests praise the fun, packed vibe. For a quieter meal or more intimate conversation, aim for weekday lunches, early dinners, or non‑game evenings. If you’re planning a visit on a game night or a band night, expect higher noise levels and a busier dining room.

Guests consistently praise the vibe, attentive servers, and tasty food; some call it the best local spot. Expect upbeat energy during big games or live music, which can be loud, while daytime lunches and non‑event evenings are more relaxed. Overall, it’s a welcoming, casual setting.

Dress is casual, guests regularly arrive in relaxed attire suitable for a sports bar and casual dining setting.
