Despite booking a table through yourselves arrived to be told on a busy Bank Holiday Monday to just find yourself a table?? Not sure why but I have complained to Toby Carvery who are investigating

The food was not up to usual standards of a Toby Carvery. Beef was fatty , Yorkshire were flat & dried out . We seem to get the scraps of what choice was left . Was really disappointed, we all were !

You don’t have a box about the staff and that’s shame. They are always so friendly helpful and very polite. So big pat on the back for all the Toby staff. One of my favouritec places to eat.
