The golf simulator was not working in our bay but there were other games that the kids enjoyed that made it a great experience
Pure disappointment and still had to pay full price.
It was a great time! Everything worked well and the service was fantastic. Great set up to just text what you want and they will bring it to you. They even check in with you via text to ensure things are going well. I will be back for sure!
The concept is great, however, the simulator lagged multiple times and that ate away at the time you are paying for. The prices for the food and drinks where high, which we expected and wouldn't have minded if we wouldn't have had to stop the game multiple.
Great place to celebrate your birthday! Great Fourseason's service with the fun of topgolf!
A couple of issues would keep me from booking this experience again. We arrived for our 7:30p reservation and saw that the previous party was still in the room. There is supposed to be a 30 minute window between parties in order to clean and sanitize. We were staying at the hotel so they could have easily alerted us that the prior party was running late, apparently they had several technical glitches and so the manager allowed them to stay later. Then we learned that the room is not private as it is listed. They allow two parties into the room at the same time, which is not clear and very confusing on the booking page. So we learned another party would be arriving at 9 which we were not comfortable with as we were planning to order food and drinks and didn't want to be unmasked with strangers in a small, enclosed room. We didn't get in to the room until 8:00p, and then had to leave at 9. Trying to order drinks and food and eat it all while trying to play the games was impossible. It was a hectic, stressful evening and unfortunately a huge disappointment. The manger did give us a break on the cost but ultimately if they had just done a better job managing the process and communicating we would have been happy to pay full price. Overall it was a disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend it.
Fun Time but a little loud because you share a space with other people on opposite side of suite. The simulation gaming system was slow at times, had lag. System needs to be restarted or updated! Service was great and Cinder House/Four Season’s is lovely!
Food was just okay for the cost. Not sure I would food again. Drinks were good as was the service. Our simulator froze one time but it was fixed fairly quickly. Great winter activity for our family.
The whole experience was great. Having so many options of different games was
good for the whole family . One thing I will note is that you need to be ready when they start up the game, because the time starts then. We were not directed on how everything worked so we wasted some of our playing time. And if you can take the replay off that will give you more time.
Service and food were great, but the simulator froze at least 3 times with no explanation or refund.
It was such a great experience! We had no clue there were other games than golf to play. We ordered wings and calamari, which came out fast and was delicious. When we wanted drinks we texted an automated service and our drinks came out shortly after.
Not something I’d pay for again. $80 just in service charges and the 1 hour rental. Didn’t get our first drink served until 21 minutes in. Game froze up repeatedly so we definitely got cheated on our time. Food options aren’t great and are quite limited.
It was the perfect out of the box date night. We had so much fun and then stay for dinner at the hotel.
They had no record of our reservation and were completely full so we had to leave. We were told that they don’t get half the OpenTable reservations made- but when you try to book a reservation on their website it takes you to OpenTable- so maybe calling is best. I’m sure it’s a fun experience- and the menu looked great online- but definitely recommend calling so this doesn’t happen to you.
This was a lot of fun. We had 8 participants of various ages and abilities and everyone had a great time. The service was outstanding! The food and drinks are pricey - it is the Four Seasons - . I just wish that somewhere when I reserved this room that it would have disclosed the price to rent the room. It is $50 an hour - which is fine - but I feel like that should be up front somewhere in the information. I couldn't find anywhere that states the cost of renting the suite. I was thinking that perhaps there was a minimum of food and drinks to cover the cost of using the suite but that is not the case. I will go again but be sure and eat and drink before I visit.
Lamb ribs were delicious! Fries were crispy and good and service was quick! Arrive at least 10 minutes so the host can explain all of what the suite has. The set time go by fast!
The concept of virtual games in a semi private room great , but not having a actual waiter is bad it’s like they forget about you in the room . Leaving out to get drinks from the bar was not so bad but getting for from the kitchen took 1 1/2 and that’s only because a worker looked in our window and we told them we were still waiting .
Treated top-notch. Good experience. Better than Top-Golf for friends socializing semi-privately. Top-Golf is much better for golf aficionados. Will be back - booth held 7 of us well - 1.5 hour session and enjoyed many of the other games like dodgeball, pitching, hockey, etc.
This place was absolutely fantastic, new, neat & clean. Valet $6. Temperature taken upon arrival, given a wristband then escorted to the elevator, 8th floor. The ambiance was breath taking. Everyone was friendly. You text your order in from the menu in the suite by assigned code#for each menu item. The games were very fun for all ages, our group was age . 20-60. We played golf, soccer, zombie dodge ball, baseball and football. An hour was just right for the four of us. 18%Gratuity was included. Our waiter Floyd was the best.
the experience was wonderful for a couples night out.
Great concept. Fun for date night or with group of friends.
Unfortunately service leaves a lot to be desired. May be because they just opened and are not used to the setup.
Idea behind sending the touch less menu options is great but they should have sent the menu to our phone as soon as we sat down.
We were there for one hour but did not get drinks for 35 minutes and then did not have enough time to order our food.
Savannah was very helpful!
