Step out of the elevator on level 4 of ivy, and straight into a world of fresh, bona fide Italian cuisine at Uccello. Head Chef, David Lovett, is a true Italophile, having spent a length of time traversing the regions of Italy and gathering an extensive knowledge of traditional Italian cooking. He now applies this experience to his authentic Italian menu. By selecting only the freshest produce and preparing it with a less-is-more approach, David allows the ingredients to speak for themselves and his dishes to sing. Drink in the view of the gorgeous rooftop pool, then dive right into David Lovett’s mouth-watering rustic Italian fare. Uccello has been awarded the prestigious “Ospitalita Italiana” recognition for its commitment to serving traditional Italian dishes and using the best quality products of Italian origin.
