Brought business associates to lunch. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. One colleague had the steak and said it was one of the best he has eaten. The waitress recommended the pesto shrimp and it didn’t disappoint. I can’t wait to visit again. Thanks to the staff for their sunny disposition.

Happy hour specials are a great value. Our dinner was excellent, especially the goat cheese ravioli. Our server, Brandon, was the best.

The Most Disappointing Cameron Mitchell Dining Experience I’ve Had I’ve come to expect a certain level of food quality and service from Cameron Mitchell restaurants. Unfortunately, Valentina’s in Bridge Park fell well short of those expectations. The evening got off to a frustrating start when I had to repeat a simple martini order three times. That proved to be a preview of the service throughout the meal. Our server never seemed to establish a comfortable rhythm with the table. One of our guests ordered a salad with blackened salmon. When it arrived, the salmon hadn’t been blackened. We pointed this out and sent it back, only to have it returned with a piece of salmon that was simply charred. There is a significant difference between properly blackened fish and burned fish, and the kitchen apparently didn’t understand that distinction. But even if the service had been flawless, the food itself would have been disappointing. The overall quality was comparable to what I would expect from a Bravo restaurant, certainly not a step above it. Cameron Mitchell has built a reputation for delivering consistently excellent dining experiences. Based on this visit, Valentina’s isn’t living up to that reputation. Disappointing service, uninspired food, and an experience that simply didn’t justify the expectations.

We had a wonderful experience with great food and outstanding service. I am a vegetarian, it’s a challenge to make me happy. The eggplant parmesan accomplished that goal with such efficiency that I barely noticed the massive - and apparently delicious - meatball topping off my spouse’s spaghetti. We ended with some wonderful espresso. Yummy.

Food and service provided by Kenin excellent. Had a reservation for 2 for the patio. Host and manager not customer-oriented at all. Upon arrival seated at smallest patio table beside 2 larger tables. Since we planned to have appetizers, drinks, dinner and dessert asked if at all possible to move to one of the nearby bigger tables. Host curtly said both of those tables had reservations. No other words were used. Did not offer to check party size of other reservations which is what we had hoped. Within 10 min a solo diner was seated at the larger table beside ours. She was not expecting any friends and kept exclaiming how wonderful it was to have such a huge table for her salad and dinner plate. For us the dinner was a constant shift of moving dishes closer together, shifting glasses to a different place and constant moving and rearranging of food and dishes. It was extremely difficult to fully enjoy each course. If the host had simply checked the reservation number for each empty table it would have been a customer-friendly shift of the solo to the smaller table and us to one of the open bigger ones. When we tried to bring it to the attention of the manager later she also was curt and defensive. It used to be the host would determine the best table for the size of the group at a Cameron Mitchell restaurant. Now it seems that AI or a computer program does and no one checks to see if it makes sense for the party size. The tables are simpky filled. No thinking is utilized. Yes used to be the answer at a Cameron Mitchell. Apparently it no longer is. And an acknowledgment by the manager that they could have done better would have also met the bar. That did not come either. Defensiveness is not an attribute in a customer service role.

The beef carpaccio and shrimp oreganata are delicious and two of my favorite meal starters!
