At Vapiano, we combine traditional Italian recipes with a dash of Aussie spice, using the best Australian produce sourced within 150 kilometres of each restaurant. We’re home to both those who love a creamy bowl of carbonara to get them through the Monday blues and those who love a thin crust margherita pizza with a vino on a Thursday night.

Whether you come in for a cheeky after work cocktail in our bar area, or spend hours enjoying a meal with friends in our restaurant, we pride ourselves on serving only the best made-to-order pizzas, house-made pasta, hand-tossed salads and delicious dessert in a fun, relaxing atmosphere filled with fresh herbs at every table and live olive trees.

    Worst pasta dish I have ever had. It was a pasta dish with pomodoro sauce and it was bitter and disgusting, it was the worst taste ever. Others at my table tasted it and gagged also. No waitress checked on us after our 1 hour wait for the food. The other meals weren’t much better. When we left, I approached the waitress’ and told them that it was the worst pasta dish I have ever had their response was “Oh sorry about that” they weren’t the least bit interested. Very rude and obvious that customer service is not a high priority either. Don’t waste your money here, go to a real Italian restaurant.

    I booked a table inside and we were put in what felt like the middle of Westfield's. In fairness we asked to be moved and that was able to happen. The adult meals were brilliant, the kids not so much. I tried it for myself as i know how kids can be and i wouldnt have eaten it. Which is a real shame as we have to eat places where we can take our kids with us. The staff were great, only service issue was our second round of drinks came as we were about to leave. The lady apologised for the delay.

    The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was served quickly & was very tasty, despite there being no gnocchi 😞 Great venue for a cheeky midweek girls catch up.

    I booked 3 days in advance for specific seats that i wanted for my partner and I, only to be sat at a table for 6 not even inside the restaurant. The pasta was disappointing but serving sizes were good. Only thing i was satisfied with was the service, the employees were very friendly.

    Rico was amazing at table service! The girls were great making my wife’s birthday special adding candles to her car and singing happy birthday. All round great night as ALWAYS! Thanks Vaps!

    I enjoy Vaps and have been many times , however I was very disappointed to see that the garlic pizza size has been made dramatically smaller but still charged the same as when it was twice the size, also very disappointed to see they no longer offer a lasagna on the menu, what the point of an Italian restaurant with out it. I also feel that they need more menu options as there isn't a lot of choice. That being said, the food was fresh and yum and staff were friendly and efficient, but until they increase the menu and the garlic pizza back to what it was, I think it will be a while before we return PS tell centre management the Chinese new year celebration were far to loud and scared the kids and no one enjoyed it for that reason.
