Great pub atmosphere. If you want a quieter meal ask for a table away from the bar. Super foo in the evenning and for breakfast. Fun atmosphere created by decor. Comfortable room. Great stay

I had fish and chips which was very tasty. I also had a cookie with ice cream which was also quite good.

Last ate here a couple of years ago, and wasn’t impressed. Pleasantly surprised this time. Good menu and food was of very good quality. A little pricey, but as a gym member I get 25% discount. Very friendly staff and good service.

We stayed at the hotel overnight as a rest break and decided to have some drinks and a meal in the restaurant. The meal choices were limited for vegetarians and expensive. I ended up having fish and chips, the fish was mostly batter but I didn’t complaint as it was pretty much young kids serving. On the whole I probably wouldn’t eat there again unless they change their menu and bring the prices down.
