  Light American style lager brewed with light barley malt and a large percentage of Wisconsin clover honey. Honey ferments out leaving a crisp floral flavor as the sugars become alcohol in the fermentation process

• Bavarian Weiss, OG 1.047 / SRM 11.5/ ABV 4.6% / IBU 5

  Traditional German Hefeweizen brewed with a large portion of malted wheat and a unique yeast strain that produces fruity flavors like banana and spice notes like clove. Served unfiltered with a fresh lemon wedge

  What starts life as an American Wheat Beer quickly become unique with the addition of 200 pounds of raspberries. Sweetness of the malted wheat balances the tartness of the raspberries creating a refreshingly juicy raspberry beer

  West coast style IPA brewed with large portions of Chinook and Willamette hops. The large amount of hops produce floral notes of pine and citrus along with notable bitterness, balanced with some sweet caramel malt, our hoppiest house beer

• Victory Amber, OG 1.0147 | SRM 19 | ABV 4.5% | IBU 20

  Briess Malting in Chilton Wisconsin made a specialty malt called Victory that the brewmaster liked so much he built a beer around it. Victory is nutty with a nice bread like flavor to it, balanced by medium hops, that makes a perfect American Style Amber beer

• Oktoberfest, OG 1.052 | SRM 25 | ABV 5% | IBU 17

  German Marzen style dark lager. Bread like Munich and caramel malts produce a rich malty copper colored lager emphasizing malt but balanced with just enough German Hallertau hops

• SMaSH Pilsner, OG 1.052 | SRM 8 | ABV 5% | IBU 35

  Bohemian Golden Pilsner with light malt sweetness and pronounced hop spiciness. SMaSH style beers are a general way of making a beer with a Single Malt and a Single Hop. Our Pilsner style SMaSH beer is based on the Bohemian or Czech style pilsner using one Moravian style of malted barley (Goldpils) and one type of hop (Czech Saaz). The resulting beer emphasizes the single unique flavors of the individual ingredients. The beer was also feremneted with the famous Budvar Czech Pilsner yeast

• Smoked Scotch Ale, OG 1.076 | SRM 27 | ABV 8% | IBU 25

  Strong Scotch ale emphasizing dark caramel malts accented with cherry wood smoked malt. Smoked Caramel is the best way to describe this Scotch "Wee-Heavy" style beer as dark caramel malts combine with the smoked malt. Fermented with Edinburgh Ale yeast which helps emphasize the sweet character of the malt, pushing it forward in this heavy beer

• Black Bock, OG 1.068 | SRM 35 | ABV 7% | IBU 20

  Sweet caramel flavor of a traditional Bock Beer with a little black malt thrown in for color. High percentages of caramel and Munich malts build up a strong malt base in which we added some Midnight wheat malt. Midnight wheat is kilned dark, but not with the associated coffee or chocolate flavors of usual roasted malt
