We had a blast! The wait staff was attentive. They even had music! This is an old tradition for me and my spouse and we were so happy to return! The restaurant was decorated. Everyone was festive. Wait staff bent over backwards to make sure everyone was having fun. Can’t wait until next year!

It was a fun night! I mean it’s White Castle with table service. Great deal and fun! They did a great job of seating the 6 of us together as we had to make two reservations. One for 4 and one for 2. It was great!

Waited 45 minutes after we ordered only to have the lady come back and ask us what we wanted! Left without food and got threatened by a homeless man who was panhandling RIGHT outside the door of White Castle. Close this one down please

The entire staff was awesome. Especially Curtis. Made our Valentine's Day dinner that much better! Thanks Curtis, the young man with the dreads, the young lady who got off early and made sure W had drinks before she left and the older lady who went out of her way to greet us and make us feel welcome! Thanks guys. Much appreciated...

Expect a relaxed, fun experience centered on sliders and classic American comfort food rather than formal fine dining.

For a quieter visit, aim for early evening on a weekday or arrive right at opening (around 4 PM). The restaurant gets noticeably busy for special events like Valentine’s Day, guests reported festive crowds and longer waits during that holiday, so avoid major holidays or peak event nights if you prefer a low-key meal.

Family-friendly seating appears likely, guests describe groups, family nights, and birthday celebrations, and the casual atmosphere suits diners of all ages. Accessibility details (ramps, aisles, restroom accessibility) aren’t provided, so if you have specific mobility needs it’s best to call ahead and confirm accommodations.

The menu centers on sliders and casual American fare, so while there’s no explicit kids’ menu provided, the casual setting and affordable portions tend to work well for kids. For younger children, consider an early seating and call ahead if you need accommodations.

Busiest: special events and holidays, Valentine’s Day is specifically highlighted by multiple guests as very busy, festive, and sometimes crowded. Quietest: non-holiday weekday evenings or early dinner hours (around opening) will usually be calmer. If you prefer a low-key visit, avoid major holiday nights and peak event evenings.
