    The restaurant was closed. It shouldn’t be possible to book a reservation if it’s not open!

    Booking was smooth, and confirmation was received quickly. A follow up confirmation request on the morning of the meal was also helpful and reassuring. However, the restaurant was closed on arrival, which rather put a dampener on things. May be a good idea for Open Table to check whether or not tables - or indeed the restaurant - are open before allowing people to book. Shoddy work that's put me off ever using this platform again.

    Open table is a terrible service, we booked to celebrate our 14th anniversary. Booked through open table, we got there only to find the restaurant is CLOSED!!!! What should have been an important celebration was a total wash out. Will never use open table again.
